AccessDoctor only use Royal Mail for our deliveries. The delivery schedule is listed below.
Delivery Schedule
Packages are generally dispatched on the same day subject to medical approval. Our packaging is discreet, we have no branding on it. By law all medicinal products require a signature on delivery. It is your responsibility to organise receipt of the product.
Our Delivery Process
- You will receive a tracking code with your dispatch email.
- You can track the entire journey of your delivery (Special delivery options only)
- SMS and or email notifications will be sent to you (Special delivery options only)
- Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day, see delivery schedule above.
COVID Restrictions
Please note that it may take up to 5 working days to receive your delivery if you use our Next Day Option.
For Guaranteed delivery please upgrade to the Special Delivery Option.
