Our pharmacy
Medicines are dispensed and posted from our own pharmacy:
PharmaDocs Pharmacy
Unit 1, 223 East India Dock Road, London E14 0ED
Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), registration number 9011198.
Verify this registration on the GPhC website →
This is a real, physical UK pharmacy — the same premises standard as a high-street chemist, inspected by the GPhC. We never dispatch from overseas.

Verifying our registration
You can verify the registration status of our pharmacy and Superintendent Pharmacist at any time by searching the registration numbers above on the General Pharmaceutical Council website.
A note on how UK regulation is split: the MHRA regulates medicines themselves, while pharmacies are registered and inspected by the GPhC — the MHRA does not register individual pharmacies. Our GPhC premises registration (9011198) is the registration that makes it legal for us to sell and supply medicines online.
If you'd like to know who our Responsible Pharmacist is at any given time, contact us at support@pharmadocs.co.uk.
If something isn't right
If you have a concern about any part of your care, contact us first at support@pharmadocs.co.uk — concerns are reviewed under the oversight of our Superintendent Pharmacist.
You can also raise a concern directly with our regulators at any time:
- About the pharmacy or a pharmacist: Raise a concern with the GPhC
- About a doctor: Raise a concern with the GMC
- About a medicine's safety or a suspected side effect: MHRA Yellow Card scheme
The wider regulatory picture
MHRA
In the UK, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) holds a public register of all websites authorised to sell medicines online. You can use this register to check whether any website is legally permitted to sell medicines to the public.
If you believe a website is selling medicines illegally, you can report it to the MHRA here.
How we protect your information
Your consultations and medical information are handled confidentially and processed in line with UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). Payments are processed securely — see our Secure Payment page — and orders arrive in plain, discreet packaging.
