Fucidin Cream contains fusidic acid 2%, a topical antibiotic. It is used for localised, non-bullous impetigo where hydrogen peroxide cream is unsuitable (for example, if the affected area is on or near the eyes) or has not worked.

Apply a thin layer to the affected area 3 times daily for 5 days. Do not use for longer than 5 days, to reduce the risk of resistance. Wash your hands before and after applying the cream.
