Premique Low Dose is a hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). It contains two types of female hormones, estrogen and progestogen. Premique Low Dose is a period-free HRT (an HRT product where you do not have a monthly bleed).
A continuous combined HRT tablet (conjugated oestrogens 0.3mg + medroxyprogesterone 1.5mg), a "period-free" (no monthly bleed) HRT for postmenopausal women.
One modified-release tablet once a day at the same time; if a dose is missed, take within 12 hours, otherwise skip and resume at the normal time.
Breast tenderness, headache, irregular bleeding/spotting early on, nausea, bloating; the usual HRT risk considerations apply and are assessed at consultation.
